Our Shell V-Power fuels are designed to help clean away existing fuel system deposits. 1. Our Shell V-Power Gasoline and Shell V-Power Racing fuels with DYNAFLEX technology also contain our new friction modifier which helps the piston assembly, found in the heart of engines, turn more freely to help reduce energy wasted as heat. 2.
Shell offers V-Power, advertised as "over 99 octane", instead of 98. In the beginning of 2011 95 RON was replaced by 95E10 containing 10% ethanol, and 98 RON by 98E5, containing 5% ethanol. ST1 also offers RE85 on some stations, which is 85% ethanol made from biodegradable waste (from which the advertised name "ReFuel" comes).

But for around town 87 or 93 now. The Camy will get the same higher octane. Every week put in $10 worth of high octane. Since it doesn't see a lot of miles each week. Sure beats filling it up completely with 93 octane. Kind of budgeting thing with the high octane and makes the added cost much more palatable. S.

Used regularly, Shell V-Power Racing can help keep a new car performing like new for longer and can

Then Petron RON 100 is as per the name, it's already RON 100 maybe also with some other additional additives. So which one is better is probably not quite the right question to ask but should be which fuel is more
Octane ratings are measures of fuel stability. These ratings are based on the pressure at which a fuel will spontaneously combust (auto-ignite) in a testing engine. The octane number is actually the simple average of two different octane rating methods— motor octane rating (MOR) and research octane rating (RON)—that differ primarily in the
